Er zijn hier soms verstopte Nederlanders. Komend seizoen werkt de Nederlandse Fieke Rader bij AWIPEV, het Duits-Franse station als technicus in hun observatorium. Ze heeft een blog in het Nederlands www.arcticreporter.com.
